今年12回目は初めて訪れるAkaigawa Tomo Playpark、略してATPキャンプ場。思っていたよりも広い林間がとてもよい雰囲気。
テンション上がりすぎの新幕設営でしたが、2日目早朝には夏のしとしと雨に早速当たってしまいました。でも、止んだあとの澄み切った空と森の空気は新たなエネルギーに満ち溢れているようでこれまた最高でした。
鋳物のジンギスカンの鍋にベルのタレ、生ラムと味付け肉のコンビネーションという最強の布陣で北海道ジンギスカンを堪能。
おまけのボーナスフィルムは「2日目余った食材で作る新メニュー」の誕生の瞬間です。
12th camping of this year, we visited at ATP, Akaigawa Tomo Playpark Campsite with brand-new shelter tent. And we enjoyed a Japanese dish ジンギスカン called Genghis Khan or Mongolian mutton barbecue, a famous local dishes of Hokkaido prefecture.
