福岡県求菩提キャンプ場でソロキャンプしてベトナム料理を食べる(Solo Camping and Vietnamese Cuisines) January, 2021

福岡県豊前市にある求菩提キャンプ場で２回目のソロキャンプをして来ました。今回の内容は、視聴者の方からの要望で自分のギアの紹介とベトナム料理になってます。
かなり長時間の動画になっていますが、気合を入れて作りました。よろしくお願いします。

今回も最低気温マイナス２度。
外国に行けなくてウズウズする今日この頃。ベトナムの友人とチャットしてたら、無性にベトナム料理が食べたくなりパクチーやバジルを探しに行きました。運よくそれら以外にパテも見つかったので、バインミーとフォーを作ることにしました。バインミーもフォーもバリ美味で我ながら感動。ステーキソースも和風メインにパクチーを加えてみましたが、これはイマイチ。
夜は、薄着で寝たのですが寝袋が暑くて何度も目が覚めてしまいました。
翌朝、フォーを食べてたら運よく啄木鳥を見ることができました。
次回も、風がない寒い日にソロキャンプに行って美味い物を食べたいと思います。

I had a second solo camp at Kubote Camping Ground in Buzen City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The content of this time is an introduction of my gear and Vietnamese food at the request of the viewer.
It’s been a long video, but I made it with full energy. Thank you.

The Lowest Temperature was minus 2 degrees.
I’m tired of cannot going abroad today. When I was chatting with a Vietnamese friend, I was made really want to eat Vietnamese cuisine. I immediately went to the lifemarket and was able to find the ingredients. I cooked and ate Banh mi and Pho. They were very delicious. Yummy Yummy 😉 A little failure. I also cooked Japanese steak sauce, but it was better not to add coriander to it.
I slept in light clothes at night, but I woke up several times because my sleeping bag was too warm.
Fortunately the next morning I was able to see the woodpecker while eating pho. What a LUCKY guy I am.
I want go solo camping on a cold day when the wind isn’t blowing again. And I want to eat delicious foods.
