It’s a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Nothing fancy. We’ve all had one before. But when you’re making it on the Blackstone at the campsite with a cup of coffee (or Chai for me) in hand and a quiet campground waking up around you, it just feels different.
Camping mornings are honestly one of my favorite parts of RV life. There’s no rush, no schedule, and nowhere to be. Just breakfast on the griddle, fresh air, and a slow start to the day.
For this one, I seasoned everything with Vittle Glitter from my friends @griddleandvittleswithnikandjay, and it turned out so good. My family never seems to complain when breakfast comes off the @BlackstoneGriddles, and somehow even the simplest meals feel a little more special at the campsite.
