camp tour (site #25) at Lake Griffin State Park in Florida | solo car camping

This was such a pretty, peaceful, and quiet campground at a hidden gem of a Florida State Park. Nestled away in Fruitland Park in Central Florida, this park is actually home to the 2nd largest live oak tree in the entire state. Definitely recommend a visit!
(note: the campground will be temporarily closing later this month for some updates, but the rest of the park will remain open to explore!)
